I recently got an expired web 2.0.
In Moz it says,
DA-5
PA-48
Spam Score - 1%

Is this a good web 2.0?
What is more important DA or PA? Why PA is higher than DA? Im going to use this web 2.0 as a tier 1 backlink to my money site.

It has 1.4K linking domains and 1.5k Backlinks. Most are no follow. Most are comment backlinks

In all honesty if it's DA 5 I'd say it's not particularly strong but it would probably help a little for low competition keywords.

What's the TF and DR of it?

It is possible to find monster tumblrs. I've found DA 55, PA 80, TF 40 tumblrs before but they are very rare.

Well, hard to say.

Spam score is shit especially with Web 2.0s because they just can't be penalized.

When it comes to Web 2.0s I value TF the most, but the backlinks are what matters at the end of the day.
