Is it safe to use random useragents for accounts

Is it safe to use random or different useragents each time I want to login to a website ( imagine that I have a bunch of user_agents)

What if I assign a particular user agent to an account instead or I just use a random one.. is both ways Safe??

Is not just the user agent, maybe even more important is clear the cookies, or just use incognito more

Not just the user agent makes up the unique identifier for an account.

There is IP which is more important then the useragent
Useragent just tells the browser being used. which randomizes more then most anything else will depend on the device they use

As well there is WebGL tracking, which is all part of overall tracking in WebRTC and canvas options that can be obtained by a target site.

You can spoof some of this fingerprints with chrome extensions, they are in chrome store

Depends on the security level of the site you're logging into - is it a simple WP site? yes, sure - it won't be a big issue.

If it's facebook/twitter/google etc - they'll ask to verify your mobile number after some time.
