what is fixed? all of the smm suppliers still cant deliver likes with 100% guarantee. only expensive ones.

None of my clients have reported a loss in likes from my panel. Might be true for some or IG may roll down eventually to all. But I guess Instagram has done this several times in the past and the main panels always come up with something to combat the problem.

The market is estrem big. I hope they have good coders for it and big budget... they will find a way then...
