Should I be careful selecting domain for sendgrid spam?

If I use my genuine registrar account with a proper payment method, then make a sengrid on a proxy, when it gets shut down, will they file a complaint to my registrar and shut that down too?

Should I use some sort of vcc on a proxy to host my domain as well?

I will use sendgrid's trial but I'm talking about the registrar that my domain is registered on. Will sendgrid (or someone) send a complaint to the registrar to shut me down? After all, that is something that's encouraged.
