There's nothing in the rules explicitly prohibiting the topic of cannabis from being discussed in the lounge. There are also some sales threads targeting that niche, more specifically cannabis site backlink services.

The only thing that is prohibited is the sale of cannabis on the forum (obviously, because it's a non-IM product).
