Most of what you want to watch on Netflix is available on YouTube and free video sites.

If you want entertainment during lockdown there’s literally thousands of free videos and series available just with Google search.

You don’t need Netflix, you want it.. and someone would have to setup an account with their payment details and give it to you.

Maybe just help yourself and be resourceful instead of expecting handouts?

No ones ever given me a free Netflix account but I’ve watched a ton of free videos from YouTube and google when I had no money.

Streaming is downloading too. Streaming consumes data in the same fashion as downloading via torrent.
If you stream a movie in 1080p @ X bitrate and you download the exact same release of the movie in the same resolution and same bitrate (so everything is the same), the same amount of data is consumed.

Nowadays many torrent clients are capable of streaming aka you can start watching, while you download.

same in here, my country also banned Netflix since the biggest telco company has it own "flix" for the game. But, i installed Dawn apk on my phone and now my day filled with all the chill that netflix could give to me
