I don't recommend pointing anything you get from BHW to your money site.

1) It doesn't have any power, the domain may have 73 DR the link you get is 0 DR and has no power whatsoever...
2) Google really doesn't like spammy profile links this, they know how to fish it out and if you have a lot of them pointing to your money site it can (and will) hurt your rankings

What if I create a post content on those sites and link it to my money site, will this hurt my ranking too?

As long you have a safe buffer between them you should be fine, like: low-quality links >>> HQ web 2.0, PBN >>> Moneysite

That is how i would do it if i had my hands on some fishy links

This is based on my own testing, do not have any facts behind it: after using few of these high DA link suggestions on different money sites, i noticed the negative impact. I think, again just a hunch, that google anti spam team frequently visits or has robots that picks up on such link suggestions and they update their algorithm so that you would see the opposite desired effect.

on all of those money sites, once I removed the back links that were suggested in BHW, the ranking came back.

this does not include back links from amazon or chrome. those back links are legitimate and do add a boost to your ranking over time.

Your assertion is contradictory.
Either it has no power and there is no point in spending time on it.
Or it transmits power and...it can be useful imo.
Zero risk does not exist with Google.
