NAAA, the couples will be too afraid to touch themselves. There is so much panic and fear in their brains, the only thing going on in most minds these days is corona virus. You would think no one survived from it.

Considering this, you might be right, although when the future doesn't look bright, many people tend to postpone their plans to have children or withdraw from it altogether.
Also, a lot of jobs will be lost. To provide for your family, you need money. If people think this through, many of them won't be too fast to make children just now, at least the more responsible ones.
I believe this won't be the case since people are too busy worrying about the virus.

Nope, world population will decrease.
Europe there are instances of domestic violence.

Actually, the world population growth is slowing down quite fast. It only seems like it's still exploding and that's because people are living longer and hanging around thanks to modern medicine and technology. Birth rates are declining everywhere across the globe yet the world population will hit it's peak at about 11-12 billion by 2100. After that it will drop. There's a time lag between the declining birth rate and actual world population decline/stabilization.
So while the world population numbers continue to increase, birth rates are actually decreasing and you won't notice this until after 2100 when the total numbers actually start going down.

Not sure if 9 months down the line is the best time to bring a new human into the world. There is talk of Coronovirus returning for a second wave in the winter just like Spanish Flu came back last century. I think Spanish flu came by 3 times in total. With the hospitals potentially swamped and so on, that is not the right time to be in hospitals.
