Is Wocommerce totally free?

Yes it is free. There are a ton of addons that cost though. Things like subscriptions etc.

I am on trial with shopify and thought it is not the time to pay them $ 27 per month since I don't have experience in drop shipping. I already have a domain and hosting,so Wocommercce might be a better place to start learning drop shipping.

Yes it is free and a very good way to at least get started, once revenue is generated and you want to find something that is generally more of what you need then you will have money to spend on implementing some better (not free) platforms.

So much better, lots of places where you can get plugins for free, seen some on here in download section. Easy to set up with the install wizard

I don't think is totaly free even with Shopify after free trial you have to subscribe to some content and some plugins and for all this after the free trial you have to pay.

Woocommerce the plugin is entirely free. There's no catch, you can install Wordpress and Woocommerce on your server for $0. That said, sooner or later you'll find yourself in need of custom functionality and you'll either have to buy some add-ons (there are lots free but not all) or extend it yourself by creating custom plugins.

What do you mean? Woocommerce the default plugin is free, there's no limit on the number of orders or products you can create, but if you need custom functionality you'll need to get some addons.

It's free, but what you can create with it (in terms of shopper experience) is really not good enough. People are spoiled nowadays, with Amazon and other big stores.
They want fancy step by step checkouts, paying with card without leaving your site, and clean and neat interface. If they don't find it, they will leave your store. Basic Woocommerce (the free one) is anything but that...

You'll eventually spend hundreds on plugins to make it somehow good.
