No personal experience, but I had a friend try them a while back, and he didn't have anything good to say about them. Terrible support and all - if you do a search for the site, I think you'll find largely similar experiences from a lot of users.

paypopup and popuptraffic are the same crap. THey both pay nothing and show all sort of virus infected banners to your visitors.

I've used them for years and have several ($X,XXX.xx) payments from them with zero problems. Clean popunders (no popups, just unders), limits to how many to show per user, interstitials, the whole nine yards.

There's also adbright if you are looking for just the interstitial route (better CPM, but far less ads to show and way more obnoxious then a popunder if you ask me).

popuptraffic doesn't pay the publisher anything and the popups are blocked by even IE6
