For wordpress - OpenLitespeed server or a docker solution like easyengine.

You can also get managed cloud-hosting like cloudways.

You mostly wouldn't need any hosting for development purpose incase you need to show the project progress to your client then you can simply maintain RDP with windows install XAMPP and handle all your operations there.
