Have you tried with Revolut credit card? They offer virtual credit cards.

Well, I got around 5 or 6, didn't need more. With the free plan, you get 1 virtual card that you can delete after you're done with it and create new one (not sure how many times). On the paid plans they said it's ultimited virtual cards. Not sure these cards work with netflix, tho.
