How ı add IBAN for payment methods ? ( Ads Manager )

I add credit card but not IBAN

IBAN is the long 21-28 character code that banks in Europe use to identify their bank accounts.
If you don't have a bank account in Europe you will not have an IBAN. Otherwise, access your bank account and you will find the IBAN there. To easily identify it, they start with two letters like "EN" and numbers after something like:
SE35 5000 0000 0549 1000 0003

I had same issue with my Norway bank few months ago but had my issue resolved by support over call.

I don't even think it's possible to add an IBAN as a payment method with fb ads. Only CC or paypal

go to buisness manager then billing the add payment method select iban/online banking
note ; IBAN only avialable for some country like germany , netherlands , italy , france and some other few countries
