How can I get more followers outside Instagram?

Hi, first of all I want to say that I am looking for education on WHAT I can do, some suggestens on my ideas and how to make them better AND this would even be great for starters/giving you or someone else some help, therefore please take your time, read, comment and let us make this thread big, together.

I was watching Neil Patel on youtube and come up with an Idea for my Instagram growth.
Is there by any chance of SEO for Instagram? What can I do to get more "eyes" on my account without making any ads? (I will do ads for my account in the future when I get more followers like around 1k)
I haven't a website jet (will make one in the future but want to come up to 1k mile stone or even more)

Why I haven't a website jet to past on my Instagram is because I heard that Instagram track HOW people behave on my profile, like say that I have a link who goes OUT of Instagram application then the algoritm will say "okey, you put people out from our application and we will decrease your chance to hit explorer page" and more things than that...

This time I take my Instagram Journey to the next level and want to start doing and not sitting in front of youtube to watch guys taking my time in a bad way, I mean, youtube is great but I want to stop watching people who dosen't help me forward.

I run a photography account on Instagram and its like 2-3 weeks old (but I started to pay attention the last 3-5 days. What should I focus on?

What do you suggest me to start dig into? I can be honest and say a few things down below:
- I don't post stories frequently just of that matter that I don't know what to post, I mean.. I can't post the same picture in stories as I post on my account, that will be a dubble post and people will take that as disturbing (I would do that too if I saw someone doing that) and I don't want to make stories just to do that like "how was your day today?" and then give them 2 choices "good" - "bad"
- I haven't post "stories" and pinned them on my account, but I will doing it this week, first of all, I don't want to post some crap just to have something sh*tty there...
- I haven't write anything in the "ALT text" I just understand (from someone on youtube) that this is very important and I will start doing it...
- What do you suggest; should I start posting images all over social media applications already or should I wait until I got a good amount of followers to send around?

I just come up with an Idea, don't know if that is good for me or just will f*ck me hard - Should I mix photo that I take by my self with some text images? Like writing something motivational or making a meme or some content on twitter, print screen it and upload to instagram? So there would be pictures of my photos and some other content mix together? Or will it be to "messy"? I mean.. people may not like it or be confused?

I think figuring out how to do proper hashtag research will also help you a long way.

That is a smart thing, but maybe hard to see things like ALT text? But I will do that, thanks

Whatever content you put, make sure it's quality. If you are putting images with yourself be sure that's top-quality no amateur looking images. A cool caption with a call-to-action line and don't forget the hashtags. That can grow your account really fast if you know what you're doing.

I will be working on caption with call to action, something that I need to be better on, any examples on how? I don't think if this is an good idea but something like this?

When it comes to tags I hide them in my stories, like a sticker over the tags so no one sees them...

When I post something I structure it like this

hashtags like 4-7 depends on time to time, and Iam not using the same tags on every photo
