1 - Supposedly, now you are reading and having your links in a sheet.
2 - Copy those links and paste them into this website https://www.textfixer.com/html/convert-url-to-html-link.php And select this option:
Wrap all the links in a <p> with a <br /> after each link
Then Convert URL To HTML Link.
3 - Now head to WordPress.com and create a new website, get any content related to your niche from a foreign language, translate and post it to the free subdomain.
4 - Now take those links generated from Step 3 and put them in an HTML widget in WordPress.com. Verify it in GSC From Tools -> Marketing -> Traffic -> And Add the GSC Verification Meta HTML Tag.
5 - Repeat step 4 in Tumblr.Com after you create another free web 2.0 on Tumblr.com. Edit Appearance -> Edit Theme -> In Description -> Paste links generated from step 3. With the removal of <p> tags, as Tumblr won't recognize them. This is a very important notice.
6 - Add Tumblr to GSC too by adding the meta html tag in theme header. You can Google that, how to modify Tumblr HTML.
7 - Eventually, you have the two WordPress.com and Tumblr.com Properties verified in GSC. Now request index the two in GSC, and instantly they will get indexed. Then Remove them from GSC ( For Skeptic Folks)
8 - Next Day 95~99% Of Your links will get indexed.

For Tumblr, You don't need to add content just reblog few posts related to your niche.

Yes, WordPress.com and Tumblr.com Specifically they work like charm.

is GSC Google Search Console? If so, I don't see the option for tools > marketing > traffic. What am I missing?

Also, do you mean to add the property (wordpress/ tumblr site) to the search console or just request indexing?

I was using blogspot for indexing my money site pages but since January it has stopped indexing them, is it still working for you?
