Hello everyone!

Has anybody of you faced the problem with Facebook ads not delivering?
I have around 50 campaigns - they all are approved but they're not delivering any traffic....
The audience is good, i target only specific countries and ages. Audience is 1 - 5 millions. No interests or something like that.

All ads get 10 - 100 impressions and stops delivering any traffic...

Any ideas how to fix this problem?

That’s weird I think there’re tools in Facebook which shows how you can optimise your ads, or you could hire a freelancer here and he could study your ads and show you where you can improve

Yea that could be lots of things. Few possible culprits,

- Ad quality.. if you've got text on your ads
- Optimization / conversion event.. you could try targeting higher up the funnel
- Landing page quality.. this could be it since all your ads are struggling for delivery. Might want to hop on FB support chat and ask if there's anything non-compliant about your landing page

Try to up pay per click. And you need higher engaged and ctr, if u want decrease pay per click.

^ I don't think so. My Google ads also approved and not getting impressions. It may be related to the reduced service during the covid situation

Ok, maybe you right, just based on my experience...

I think because the ads quality. Ads that don't have enought engagement, will stop delivering.

Facebook ads not delivering is sometimes caused by targeting super-niche audiences.Low budgets make it hard for ads to compete against others who are spending more money to reach the same audience. If you are targeting a small audience, and you have a low bid, there's a good chance your ad delivery will suffer.

Is anyone even reading the post, it’s a 5m audience

Is this a new account or did you already run ads on it?

There could be a lot of reasons for this:
  • Your niche is in the 'special' category (dating, forex, politics, etc.). Your account or ad might be flagged for violations but you are not directly breaking any rules.
  • Your budget or bid is too restricted = too low for your niche. So if you have an unreasonable budget/bid ads won't run.
  • Low relevance score - Your ads are not relevant to the audience.
  • Low engagement rate ranking - Your ads have very low engagement. Facebook is all about engaging their users. Those ads with low or no-existing or bad engagement will have limited delivery. If you don't want to change your targeting or creatives, the best to fix this is to run some PPE ads.
  • Your optimization goal is hard to reach. When you select an objective FB is trying to find people that are more likely to accomplish that based on their previous engagement in your niche.
  • Your ads could be approved but limited due to the 20% text rule. Even if the text overly tool is showing that the image is ok it could be just about around 20% and your impressions will be limited.
  • Too many ads under one ad set with a low budget. I know you said you have 50 campaigns, but if you have a low budget per ad set and too many ads under them Facebook won't be able to deliver and distribute the impressions across all of them.
  • You have a low Customer Satisfaction Score.

I hope this helps.
Good luck!
