Stange fact with Live Stream

Hello,

When I stream a live (currently it brings up to 500 viewers in live - maily with Browse feature) I see in Real Time that my other videos are less viewed than expected. More particularly the videos which grow during the day, I see that they grow less than on other days (including Search feature).

Is it possible that the broadcasting of a live video restricts the other videos in the channel in favor of this video?

Have you noticed the same thing?

there were so many updates yt kept making in the last 2 months. yesterday they made another update .

apparently streams are also getting shadow banned from search ranking etc.

after january update u get very less views with high concurrent viewers. its trash now

I notice my 24/7 live streams are still getting recommended a lot, haven’t really noticed a difference on my end but I don’t put it past YouTube to do such things

No, live streams are actually favored by youtube considerably, and many ranking programs use livestreaming to boost your views or premiering videos. ITs basically because an active livestream is as real time as it gets, so engagement on that vs engagement on an old video isnt viewed the same. For a small niche with traffic lviestreaming is an easy way to rank 1st
Premier your video, then post itwith the same keyword tags and send views to it

I don't there's a connection between those two. Maybe the kws of older videos is no longer trending.
