Using Windows VPS for Facebook

I want to use more than one Facebook account, but I have read many thread that I can't use more than one account in 1 IP and device.

So, is by using a Windows VPS able to bypass the problem?

VPS ip address should not be blacklisted or previously used by proxy provider. It should be fine then.

When Facebook reject your sign up attempt.

Before you hire a VPS, you should try using dynamic IP address from mobile phone connection. Sign up with fresh mobile phone number (not email). Use Facebook app clone. Good luck.
