It is hard to pass the verification as you will be needing to provide i.d's! get some aged accounts

I don't bother verifying the accounts by phone so I just use protonmail.com or wp.pl for the verifications. Protonmail.com will ask you to use a phone number after you create multiple accounts in one day but you can get around that by using a new browser/4g IP from your phone. Wp.pl is free and never asks for verification, I also use these emails on some of my accounts. Make sure you are creating the accounts the proper way if you don't want to verify your accounts by phone number otherwise they'll end up getting locked.

Buy some aged accs from marketplace - it's easier that way... FB acc creation is not the easiest stuff right now.

just use clean proxies thats it really if you get flagged means your proxies are garbage
