I have bad news and good news for you, the bad news is that there is no “going back to normal”, there will be no more “easy way out” the series of events we are witnessing in the last days will have an ever impacting effect, they will break and destroy many businesses and lives, I can’t sugarcoat the reality and I am really sorry… the good news is that just like in any other crisis there will be fortunes to be made for those who are brave enough to take them and implement them, I won’t start with the same regurgitated phrase you already know “the Chinese symbol is the same one than the one of opportunity”, “the opportunities are out there, go and look for them” etc… I will start with specific opportunities and steps that can be taken in order to profit from this uncertain moments.
Many people can’t leave their homes, so they will need a way to make money while they are at home, so you can start creating work from home sites based on specific cities/states example:
As we can see there is a huge demand for health-related professionals, even as to search for retired professionals so they can come back and help, so what about job-related websites for those professions? Because this is not a fade, this will last long you DO NOT make a nurse in a year and let’s not talk about doctors...
You can even go as far as to contact recruiters, hospitals and let them know you will make a discount on your site in order for them to hire the professionals they need.
There are more monetization avenues for your sites example: you can create a widget on your website called “Coronavirus advice and recommendations”, you send it to an inner page where you collect emails in this sequence you will explain to people what benefits the government is taking in order for them to claim their unemployment, how to fill out the forms, where to call if they have more doubts, what are the forms they need, etc… and you keep updating with new emails as the situation is changing and then you can include work from home opportunities that pay you (see the opportunities that certain CPA networks have if you are already a client contact me so I can send you a list of the opportunities we have already collect).
You can even create blog posts explaining to people what benefits they will get and how to collect them share this information in social media and you will bring TONS of traffic and backlinks, you can be a light of home in this sea of desperation.
There are people who do NOT have the skills to be able to work from home, so they will need to acquire new skills, so in your email sequences or in your blog post offer a set of links to get new skills (linda, linkedin, clickbank courses).
The opportunities to work on demand will grow as well, what do I mean by that? The opportunities that are created via apps (example uber, uber eath, lyft, etc…) so you can create websites called hospitalityjobsalterlatives.com or waterjobsalternatives.com and you put these type of on-demand jobs because after a while people will still need to make money.
(Please note: I'm NOT looking to take advantage of people’s fear. I realize that some of you are in big trouble right now, be good and ethical using the information I have shared with you please.)

Thank you for the tips, here are a few ideas:
Arbitrage: Talk to @patadeperro about reselling his solution, create an account on fiverr, people per hour, upwork, freelancer, and 20 of those sites, just google fiverr alternatives, re-write the sales page on this thread and wait for oders to come in.
Buy the site here for $109. Build a community around one of these sites, like a facebook group, create 10 or 20 posts on it , build a few links and list it on flippa or facebook groups to buy and sell websites for $1000, people will pay whatever there when the sites include a community or group of users there.
Treat it the same way people treat amazon affiliate sites, build 50 articles targetting high volume low competition keywords and bank on affiliate commissions, guest posts and sponsored posts.
Soon everyone will be on quarantine but amazon still delivers, if your group if your group is for x city start writing posts with the best videogames to play during quarantine or the best delivery services on x city or the best chocolates, amazon sells lots of food items and people are ordering food like crazy right now, think board games, home workout, take it one step further if you live in x city make a list of the gyms in that city which are now closed and target their followers on facebook ads, send them to a page on your city about how to keep fit in x city doing home workout and send them to amazon workout equipment. Whatever you do, just stop thinking adsense, adsense should be the last thing you should do it will make the site ugly and slow, and you will never make more than $1 a month unless you have massive amounts of traffic and in that case there will be a million better ways to monetize than adsense. I know adsense is easy to get approved to and it's newbie friendly but that's literally the only good thing about it.

There are a couple of questions that are constantly asked and I will write them here in the open so other people can understand the power of the solution and they are able to see some of the features as well as to use this post as a future reference when people ask about it again:
Google Webmaster Tools Error Message Regarding Lack of Certain Fields.
Google webmaster tools will send you the errors they will see in some of the jobs when they are crawling the pages, most of these errors are for specific jobs (remember that you receive up to 200 daily jobs) meaning that the error they sent you is in one of those jobs NOT in all of them, now most of these errors are about missing information example: joblocation, salary, postal code, etc... what this means is that the recruiter/job provider DID NOT enter that information (and some times it is correct to do so example: when it is a confidential hiring process, it is a new post within the company, when it is a virtual position etc...) and that Google did not find it and it is telling you in case you forgot to put it... the reality is that it was NEVER entered in the first case.... so there are 2 possible solutions to these type of problems:
- Every job has an expiration date and since you receive daily jobs, you just ignore the warnings receive the new jobs and wait for those jobs to expire.
- You can go to your wpadmin panel and manually remove those jobs to avoid receiving these error messages.
These are one of those problems in which the reality of the hiring process clashes with the ideality of the solution Google has created, but it does not affect at all your rankings, your traffic nor your performance it simply means that the tags for these fields where found in the post and they are empty, we automatically add them to all the job offers and match them with the information we receive from the recruiters and job providers but some times the recruiters do not want to give this information for strategic reasons.
People are Getting 2 Days delay in their job posting Offers.
Yes, this is not a problem it is more like a featured design let me explain to you:
We get all the jobs from several job providers at the same time, some of them send very old jobs, let say today is the 5th day of the month, the process starts at 12:00 p.m. (because there are so many jobs that we need to start as early as possible, the cleaning distribution and tagging process to all the job sites takes hours) so to make sure we are receiving the most recent jobs the script searches for all the jobs that were posted yesterday (4th day of the month) and 7 days before, as we explained to you the process it is started at midnight on the 5th and it is finished on the 6th that it is when you receive them, so there is already the 2 day's delay.
Now the second reason to do this is that when recruiters started buying jobs from our websites their jobs were pushed immediately down from the new jobs that were arriving via the other job providers BUT since you want to reward the recruiters that are publishing jobs on your site (you get all that money into your pocket) and they want to SEE their jobs there at the top then these 2 days delays allow them to see themselves above all the rest of the jobs that are arriving at least for 2 days in that way they are happy and they are not contacting you asking where is their ad.
We are working on a new theme were recruiters can pay to have their posts in prime positions for an extra fee.

The monetization methods depend a lot on your experience but you can easily apply and be accepted to Adsense or use the e-commerce functionality (there are testimonials for both cases in the threads and in the forum that were posted by the client's own will), the changes there have been in the business are less job offer overall but an incredibly high demand for the jobs that exist on the sites, I think there is no better time to acquire this solution than NOW
