How much do you think this domain is worth?

So I purchased an expired domain which was used for a movie/TV show streaming site just for the registration price because it had good metrics and over 1800 results in the SERPS (site:www.mysite.com). It still gets a fair amount of traffic, 50% USA, 30% Europe, 20% RoW and doesn't look like it's ever been used for anything else (waybackmachine).

I have tried sending the traffic to a few CPA movie streaming sites, but as people have to sign up I haven't gotta any sales. Also tried sending the traffic to a few coronvirus related offers, but even after a few thousand clicks, nada.

I haven't thought about trying to rebuild a streaming site as I can't be bothered with all that is required (time, lack of skills in that area, bandwidth, DMCAs etc.). And actually adding all the movies and keeping it updated, unless there is some script/theme which does it automatically that some one can tell me about?

So I just wanted to know, with these metrics, how much it might be worth if I was to try and sell it?

Or if anyone has any suggestions of how I could make money from it?

Not trying to bully you or anything but this is why u don't buy something without having a plan to what u are going to do with it, Now you are wasting that traffic on bullshit because u should create a movie site from the start since the niche of the domain !!! but have u tried content locking some new movies in a landing page using cpa ???

Nah, it's fine to say what you did, but I spent less than $10 on it which is nothing compared to how much I'd waste on a night out, it was just a little gamble, it might have paid off, but if it doesn't, no problem. If it was like a $1000 then obviously I would have a plan and do a ton of research.

Yeah, I'm thinking about just adding a single landing page with a movie screen and play button which triggers a content locker.

Not many, 250-300 a day. But I mainly grabbed it for the metrics, I've seen companies selling guest posts/links on site/blogs with worse metrics for +$100

Don't listen to the person that's going to tell u it's not worth it . It is worth it because 250-300 per day if they convert u will not only double that $10 u invested but more so u are actually good. When u asked about a network , what network ???

By network I mean a CPA network like Maxbounty, I was sending the traffic to a few paid video streaming offers, but no conversions, I was just wondering if anyone knew of any networks with offers that would convert on my traffic, maybe like some movie related 'gift' for an email submit or something.

Since your traffic is not coming from 1 country u can't go with maxbounty and use 1 offer but i will suggest you to apply for ogads if that traffic is mobile traffic u will deff earn some good money.

Restore the old site or build a new site around the same niche, make sure to do proper redirects for those 1800 urls. Do some keyword research about the niche, write episode by episode reviews, session recaps, character based content...ETC) get some eyeballs in there and monetize with display and video ads. forget about streaming and cpa offers. Yes I know, but I only care about Tier 1 traffic, it's not worth trying to get conversions from Tier 3 countries, they pay pennies and convert at like 1:1000!

If the audience hitting your website is looking to watch online movies, try to teach them "how to" using a cheap paid tool and signup as an affiliate for it.

i remember seeing this type of service (or maybe try a netflix promotion) - although the more savvy users know they can get the same for free, not everyone does.

Why not open jv thread, than find someone to revive and manage the site from you. For the price kind hard to say, need more data like what kind video posted there, is it ever banned, does the niche popular now. Etc
