Noob on about Payment Reversal

Ok just happen to buy one product online , problem their check out like got problem i tried 3 times cannot check out

final the 4th time can ,

i log in my paypal noticed my funds x 4 deduct but 3 trans stated
Payment Reversal

I only received one time from PayPal email stated transaction complete.

whereas I check my Paypal 3 stated
Payment Reversal

so it means ? PayPal does deduct ? 3 times but return back to me right?

It tried to deduct. but failed whereas it says reversed. but 1 went through

but I see my funds reduce, like been deduct 3 times , but yes it statee reverse and I does received from Paypal only one completed transication , so should be later I will see the funds display correctly than?
