There are no special secrets and skills, just publish interesting posts in popular communities, for example in r/meirl & r/funny and comment on posts in r/all.

By the way, 3 times my publications occupied the top 25 in r/all

But I don’t know how to monetize this

You need to have your own subreddit to make money. The most common way a Redditor gets paid is link sharing for a fee on the subreddit groups they own. You can begin earning a little around the 6,000 subscriber mark on a sub. Half a million-plus subs will command a higher price. Unless you're making branded posts for someone and they are paying you to do it, you might find there are not a lot of options to make $50+ a day being a Reddit user. Unless you have your own site and your linking to it to get traffic.

If you're so good at getting karma I would recommend selling accounts, an account with 68k karma could go for as much as $50 to $80 and most Reddit account sellers in the BHW marketplace are either gone or out of stock, the market is up for grabs.

Step 1: invest $50 and buy 10 $5 4gb ram vps from hyonis, they have a huge thread in the market place.
step 2 grow your accounts there so that they all have different ips.
step 3, grow them up to 50k karma in a month,
step 4 get jrvip and open a sales thread on BHW,
step 5 sell your 10 accounts for $500
step 6 start over, but now with 2 or 3 for every ip
step 7, grow, scale, learn, keep growing, outsource, etc.

I mod a few subs which have 300k+ subscribers, but I am not sure what kind of links to post to generate money, so can you explain more or give an example?

Getting +60K a month in karma is not that hard on Reddit. Subs like r/funny and r/all have so many subscribers that you could post a picture of a pencil and get 1K before it's deleted by mods. Getting followers is also not hard. Every sub has bots that will follow accounts to make it look like real users and not AI. Anyone that posts a lot in subs will get 100+ followers a day.

Anyone that thinks getting karma on Reddit somehow makes them a marketing genius is either delusional or a child. That's like someone thinking that getting a high score in Fortnight will make them rich and popular. There are ways to make money on Reddit but it's not fast or easy. It takes time and patience.
