How to set up multiple accounts

Hi guys,

grown my first account to 38k in the last month and now wanting to set up more. i have some question on setting up multiple accounts.

Do you

1) set them up via email - is there any disadvantage of using only email?
2) set them up via sim
3) combo of both

also what do you do if you want to appear in a different region? For example the US? No sim and proxy or no sim and vpn? And then set up via email?
