Sandobox question

Hello there, I have a website which got hitted by google's last update on 2019, ever since then my website got into the sandbox. I know that because I can't rank first even for keywords with 0 monthly searches, meaning if I type exactly the title of my page (article) I won't even appear first page.

The question is should I get a new domain and redirect the old domain to the new one? Will I rank immediately for those low competition keywords I didn't rank before?

Before telling me I should write better texts keep in mind I write more than 1000 words to keywords no one is ranking for or have less 200 monthly searches. Keep in mind my domain is more than 4 years old

I rank 2 position for my own brand while my competitor ranks 1st for his own brand pretty sure I was sandboxed after the update

I don't know I got pretty large content, the users stayed on my pages for about 3 to 6 minutes the links I got most nofollow and way before the update I myself disavowed them, also got no warning on webmaster tools

Since the domain is 4 years old its not sandbox.

Same thing happend to 1 of my domain (5 years/Dropped) and i was working on it just like any normal site.

After few months i got back to my Normal position, so just keep adding quality content and take care of all aspect of SEO..you will be fine..

It maybe because of low quality links or over optimization. First analyse your site and backlink profile. Try to add quality content and backlinks , increase the value of your site.

First check your web site is indexed or not then if the web site is indexed then improve quality of unique fresh content with quality back links those will be help to your web site.
