There are, but limits are lower and you need good IPs (4g proxies).

Forget the "unfollow" part. It is a surefire way for Instagram to know you're using a bot.
No normal user will ever unfollow loads of accounts, maybe once in a while their ex or some friends they now don't see anymore, but never more than 5 people in a row.
Even if you do that on your phone, you will get blocked by Instagram rather quickly.
Jarvee won't save you, or any other bot.

Yeah...
Problem is people got used set up everything on max and let it go.
Different time nowadays. IG lowered limits. No way to do as many actions as you did before, not even manually.

Manual follow infollow works fine. From hundreds of accounts of mine, not one has been banned. Get Vurku from @KraftyKyle for downloading/uploading content and you are good to go.
