is there a way to contact ebay after it closed its call support ??

It's very unlikely you can get online support now. You can try via their chat function if it's available in your ebay account. Mine is USA and UK.

Yes, but it's a very long queue.

whenever i try to access the chat support it leads me to the message of suspension.

oh, you were suspended that's why you are seeking to restore that account?
even if you are suspended, you can stil use the chat function.

Usually am able to convince them to unsuspend me rather easily on the phone, especially if its a suspend after 1st listing

eBay support will not respond for probably a few weeks due to the virus sadly. All of their offices are closed currently.
