Hello friends
Recently I got a client and one of his requests is to showing ads to the audience of his competitor page. That page is not yet showing as a Facebook interest, so I can't simply use the ads cabinet.

Do you know any software that can collect emails from the users who like a particular page, so I can create a custom audience?

or

Maybe to use follow bot with multiple accounts. I'm not sure what bot is working now.

or

Please suggest any other working way.

Use google to build a lookalike list. Focus on branded keyword searches.

Then you can try to expand that list on Facebook.

The key here is to use your ad copy to directly call out your competitor's customers.

Thank you for the tag!

@vitaliy_5 Does your client have an offline business?
Nope. He has an online business. He wants me to reach 33K people that like his competitor's Facebook business page.

Unfortunately, there is no way to do this on Facebook.

Interested in this, what changes if there is an offline business? Thx @jul3s for the help and @vitaliy_5 for this thread

If your competitor has an offline business, like a restaurant, fitness, etc. the trick to do this is micro-location targeting. You pin competitors' locations and can even exclude surrounding to get more accurate.

For this, you will need several ad sets, one for every competitor. Facebook apparently knows who was in that location recently :)

You are targeting known active users that were at their location. It's an engaged audience that will more likely be interested in your offer.
This could result in a very small audience, and FB won't be able to give you any reach. If you are from a small city/town target broader.

Facebook ads for micro-targeting:
1. Target the location with video ads > You are building an audience for several competitors.
2. Combine all the audiences you are gathering into one ad set and retarget anyone who watched 5s video.

Thank you @jul3s
Unfourchinately it will not work for my client. Will try to offer his some alternative way.

Thx for your reply!!!

What if the target is surrounded by other shops not in my niche?

Increase the percentage of watched videos - collect those who watched 50% or 75%. Those that watch more are probably more likely to be interested in what you are offering.
