I upload a video on youtube and after 1/2 hours, Youtube remove this video..
How to avoid that issue ?

There is note a from Youtube that they will be removing more content than usual if your crossing the line. This is because they do not have enough resources to review problematic content.

because your directly using blackhat on the video.

it a no-no

you need to learn a method to get traffic from the video to a webpage to convert

you can do a review and drop a link but if you're full-on with a full advert your get ban.

you got to be sneaky.

if it adult you use dating as the theme/video and adult as the webpage. (sneaky ))

you also need a redirect from video to webpage ....(( free cloak method or cloak service
