A monetized channel in which you own the email to and that there's no way for the previous owner to retrieve it back!

Reading your posts gives me so much motivation. Btw, do you recommend buying / getting a monetized channel first and then upload content or just create a new channel, wait until hit the threshold to apply for monetization?

I recommend getting a solid monetized channel whether that means buying, partnering, or whatever means. As long as it's safe. Starting on a new channel just delays the amount of time to be making money by another 1-2 months.

I'm new to this forum, so if I say anything I shouldn't--I apologize. I didn't get a chance to go through all pages of your post. I've only read the first page. I'm just going to add some things:
for voiceovers, you can clone your voice and just type it out and have your clone read it.
For thumbnails, use canva
For more views, use traffic exchanges like followlike or something like that. Sorry, I forget. You can buy coins, and they watch the ads for more than 30s seconds.. I like to bulk upload, so I upload the videos as unlisted, then make each one public each week.
Anyway, I'm still going to read all the pages and see how things went! Hope it's going well for you

@babarmaqbool It's nothing hidden- really. I focus on proper SEO strategies, analyze my analytics- literally everything is right in front of you on YouTube. You just have to take advantage of it.

Hey man, Ive been following your thread and I can see you're doing great. Ive been looking into this whole youtube thingy but honestly the forums lacks a bit of quality when it comes to information about youtube monetization. I jumped on straight away and bought a monetized youtube account where I have been uploading 1-3 videos daily since the start, the channel has been up for 2 weeks now and I'm not one of those quitters.

I realize that this is not some get rich quick scheme, it's a very powerful and scalable business model that you can basically outsource while having a profitable passive income. Unfortunately, things have been going slow, I've only received 40-150 views on my videos but the important thing is that I can see the progress and the growth. It might take some time before I reach the level you're at now but I will get there, it's not "if" but when if you get what I mean.

And im that hungry guy you're looking for, I'm super willing to learn and I have made some decent money in the past through dropshipping so hopefully I might bring some sort of value in return? Ive been doing dropshipping for about 2 years but due to the corona situation going on right now im taking a pause and looking for a new passive income to grow in the meanwhile while things are unstable. Took me 6 whole months before I even went +-0 so I know the importance of not giving up and see the bigger picture and reward at the end of the tunnel. Since then things started going better and I've done 6 figure months, so I would say that I'm, doing alright, just that this is a different business model.

I'm inside masterminds with 6-7 figure earners but in the dropshipping model, and I can clearly see that you have the right mindset and would love to connect with you somewhere else besides this forum that is more convenient to chat? Are you active on telegram or something like that?

Are you constantly getting hit with content Id claims from using other people's clips in your videos? How are you dealing with this?

@CastorM I dont recommend botted voices. It's just not safe. I know of a guy who used to use a robotic voice to recite funny jokes/reddit posts. Hit 500k subscribers- was making good money- then he got demonetized.lol

Have you ever had a problem with demonetization? Top 10 channels can be demonetized if you dont have a commentary included

I have my guys follow a standards operating procedure on how EXACTLY i want things done so there's no question.

A little IRL update, my mom's finally back at home with me. She misses my pops a lot. They've been together for 35 years but they knew each other since 2nd grade of elementary school. Thank goodness for IM because im able to do this while keeping her company at home..

Now back onto the journey:

I am now at 70k subs, and 40 videos uploaded.

It's really cool knowing that I now get 100 comments and at least 1k views on new videos that get uploaded- so that's nice.

My partner and I are planning to launch another channel in April and another channel in July in time for Q4.

I personally am starting another channel by myself on a BRAND NEW non monetized channel so that I can report my findings here as well.

Lastly, i am currently undergoing partnering with one BHW member here who I can tell is hungry/ determined/ and willing to learn. I ll report findings of that as well.

The Goals:
[x] Monetization enabled// Goal achieved by partnering with an individual.
[x] $100 per month // Goal achieved 2/15/20
[x] $1,000 per month// Goal achieved 2/23/20

• Between my partner and I, we're uploading videos every single day and having weekly meetings every saturday to discuss what's working.
• The channel is currently sitting at $9,700 in revenue.
• The plan is to upload every single day from now on and then start funneling content into channel 2.

Channel 2

• This is gonna be a new channel that my partner and I will be working on. im just waiting for him to get another monetized channel.
• The plan will be to post 3 times a week and seeing what gains traction. once a video gains traction (1M+ views), that's when im gonna be posting every single day again.
• Channel will launch in the first week of April.

Channel 3

• This is gonna be a new channel that my partner and I will be working on. im just waiting for him to get a 3rd monetized channel.

I get PMs in my inbox weekly about if I want to partner with people, I should reach out to them--- but why would I reach out to them if they have nothing to offer?

• This is gonna be a FRESH new channel that I am hoping to relay the results on. I've never worked with a NON monetized channel before so Im excited to see if I can get this one up and running.
• I've chosen the niche, and setup the channel art and profile.
• I've ordered about 10 videos to be done by my agency as well so they're currently writing the scripts for it as we speak.

I want to make this post a bit more valuable so here's a tip:
Dont reinvent the wheel, gain inspiration from videos that have worked in the past. Unless your capital is HUGE and you have money to test video topics out- remake other videos that have worked for other people. It's as simple as that!

And also, again, to anyone and everyone who gave their respects to me regarding my IRL problems, I sincerely thank you. This BHW journey here is starting to become more of a diary to me which I do enjoy.

AND ALSO AGAIN, if anyone knows of a way to get SOLID monetized channels QUICKLY- PM me. I have a work force, and the knowledge to start a YouTube empire- my only bottle neck is that I dont have enough channels.

What STILL don't understand - you are really allowed to show pieces of movies, even with original sound, and don't get any ban or DMCA? I see such videos here and there and i am always surprised YouTube allowed something like that without a license...

I even saw videos with shots from a popular movie saga + popular song as background - song was licensed though. That might be interesting... But... Do you know how much such license costs? I am afraid this could be a lot...

Trust me, I used to be in your space, but I did A LOT of research about how and why other channels were able to do this. I've been doing this for a year + now but havent gotten any BAN or DMCA nor have I purchased licenses. It falls under the fair use act
