Such a pitiful time we live in.
I've noticed some people in my network who are capitalizing on masks and sanitisers and toilet papers and what not- they've made over $100k revenue in 7 days itself.
Selling it all at 10x-25x the price.
It makes me so pissed to see people are thinking about making more money when others are dying out there.
And then there's People brawling in malls over bulk buying apocalyse supplies.
But out of all this, away from all this, the world is a little more silent, relaxed, calm, since everyone is in their homes and not on the streets.
No riots, no terrorism, no protests, no fights, just vacant cities- like a ghost town.
I wish it stays like this, even after we get over this corona shit. People need to know that this kind of time teaches us that all of us are equal, there's no difference in rich and poor (soulfully) cuz in the end, you're taking nothing with you when you die, and even your graves or pyres will be of the same size.
How much money you made doesn't matter, what matters is how did you make it, and how many people did you influence or change lives of, to something better.
People can work from home if they are allowed to.
People can live a laptop lifestyle if they want to. Just the ones who aren't much familiar with this stuff should go out, cuz on other hand, we need them. We need them as farmers, delivery guys, etc etc.
In today's time, even supplies/goods are delivered to our doorstep with just help of internet, what more does one want?
In this time when everyone needs to come together (not physically) and be a little humane to each other (fuck socialism and communism), people are still thinking about themselves.
I personally feel a little disgust and hatred for those who earned out of others' struggles.
What's your opinion?
