well i don't have much expertise in it.. but you need to clarify how you actually selling these ebooks.. if its on website .. you can ask for the email address there..

Ive done both, its more the ebooks that are hot that is the problem.

In order it won't affect your selling performance, always choose the option "buyer want to cancel the order"

You can use the email address they used in paying - The paypal email address they used. That's what i usually do.

It's better to deliver via email than posting sending links in DM with eBay. It can cause some unwanted attention to your account, however, still possible. But better to avoid. Just inform your buyer that the item has been delivered to his email.

always refund. And says something like: sorry to hear you ordered by mistake, youre order has bin cancelt and refunded.
Dont make a hassel on e-stuff, its free for you, so your best tool is to keep your account in good condition.

If you listed your items in Everything Else > Information Products you can just send a link to buyers through eBay messages.

does this programs have integration with ebay account so it would send the link automatically after the purchase ?
