Best proxies for Youtube monetization?

I want to apply for monetization on Youtube but not sure what proxies should I use! Can somebody tell me that used proxies to get monetized to Youtube, what kind of proxies did you use?
Which ones are the safest? And how many accounts can I use per proxy! Also any good recommandation from you, which proxy seller did you use here in marketplace that you still use.

I'll try to automate accounts later because I have more than 20 accounts. But first I want to monetize just 1 account.
