Hey guys is there a website/online banking system that would give European IBAN without verifying documents?

Do you just want the IBAN, or you need the bank account to work ?

I need to transfer the money from paypal to it and then send them to someone else. So yeah, I believe that I need the bank account to work as well.

Payoneer would help but you will have to call PayPal multiple times to let you attach Payoneer bank as they are really frowned upon to add digital banks.

I’m pretty sure you can’t get a bank to attach/withdraw to PayPal without verification. If so stealth accounts would just be normal and have no problems.

basically you need to withdraw from a stealth PayPal is your problem, how much are you trying to withdraw?
