Hello Folks,

Are you struggling with cleaning your email list? Do you want to reduce bounce rate tremendously?
Well, I have found desktop based software which clean up your list with ~90% accuracy & IT IS FREE!

Personal Note: I am personally using this tool for few days and have cleaned upto 100K list of emails.

Did you use SMTP server to clean your list? 100k is big and cannot be validated with one IP.

Thanks seems like the site has it's own server but it cannot verify yahoo, hotmail. Most of our list consists of Yahoo, so it's a bit useless for me. But i believe other people will find it useful

Yes, it has own server and do not check hotemail and yahoo email address. I am using it only for Gmail address. This is working pretty fine for me.

I tested it with Gmails only. 2 run, 2x 10k addresses. It removed around 20%. I haven't tried to mail to the cleaned list though.

The tool doesn't clean Hotmail/Outlook and Yahoo, so there's that.

Hard Bounce - means email address is incorrect and you are sending email to wrong address/
Soft Bounce - Means user's email box is full OR not accepting any email address.

I am sure you must be getting soft bounces because tool only check whether email address exist or not.
Also it does not check yahoo and outlook email address so use it only for Gmail address as I do.

I was using this previously to clean email address -

It does clean other email address as well. but I am not sure whether this works 100% because I have never done email campaigns on cleaned Yahoo Mails.

I don't recommend if you plan serious bulk emailing in you cold email campaign.

I don't know how you checked but as I mentioned earlier I am using this tool for gmail address only. And without doubt this tool clean your data from incorrect email, wrong email addresses. I can not stress more on this because I am using it without any issue.

For rest of people it's on you whether you want to use or not.
