I've found a guy in godaddy selling now this domain: websitesdevs.com
With this domain I would create a site for selling websites with a nice name & domain

But i dont know a lot about SEO.. How I really know if this domain is good or something?

I wouldn't bother with that domain but.. it's a personal preference really. I personally don't think it's very brandable nor is it keyword rich. Again, that's my personal opinion.

X) , its an auction to but it so I hope it doesn't go up much

You can find a better domain for the standard registration price. The S in websites ruins it

It's a new domain, no advantages, no backlinks...

Buy a good one from the marketplace here, if you don't know about SEO, hire someone :) :)
Or start with new domain

Better get a good branded Domain for regular price. Branding is important even for agencies.

what is the diference betwen a new domain and a old domain?

In terms of age, old domains get a little SEO boost and you can rank your keywords without passing into the "Google sandbox", It's still a theory tho...
I just said it's a new one to insist that it doesn't have any backlinks (not even few) which needs time and work to build

Get an old domain with quality backlinks if you want to use it for your money site,
if you can't pick the right or don't know how just hire someone to do it for you,
or check the marketplace directly

if you are going to get SEO traffic as a main source of leads, it's better to start with aged domains having some authority links on it.
We have some good and brandable for web design and development agency you can use for money site or redirect.
If you are interested, let me know, I can send you the names.
