my Gmail account was stolen as it was on my tablet, they changed the recovery email and phone.
Support only gives this link, https://www.google.com/appserve/mkt...PBCXvOg_7s7b6_UZaVQ8GAYk0cmtz7Rm7vHqWnjB0zO7g
I have tired that link so many times and nothing.
1. I log in from the same computer used to create the account, the same used to access it for rover a year, the same ip, the same ISP, the same browser.
2. I put the only password the gmail account has had, since it is not accepted, I tried other method, it asked me for the last password I used, then, it asks me either my phone number (thief put other) or my recovery email (thief put other).
it asks me for an alternate email address so they can send me a code (I put the email address used as recovery when I created the gmail account) -
I received the code, put it in and immediately got the message Google cannot recognize this account as mine.
Summarizing, I have the same computer used to create the account, the same used to access it, the same ip, the same ISP, the same browser, the email address used as recovery, the name in the email, creation date, even a couple emails sent.
I really need my account back, is there an alternate way you know?
