Out there, statistically they exist close to 100% since the Universe tends to infinity. It takes 4 light years to get to Proxima Centauri which supposedly is our closest highest probability of finding life. With current technology it would take us quite a few thousand years to get there, more time that has passed from today since when the pyramids were built.
