Absolutely love San Diego, perfect weather, but the rent is ridiculous. $2,000 a month for a studio. You don't even wanna know how much it costs for a bedroom. All money going to build someone elses equity smh.

Italy,beautiful place to visit and for travelling,but to live,grow and have a business better go somewhere else.

I am building my online business to be able to spend 3 months a year abroad(Thailandia,Bali maybe)
Also thinking about some places in Europe like Barcellona

Heavily dependent on where you live I'd say. My neighborhood is more middle class young business people and old retirees. Not really any middle aged people. There are shit areas though. The homeless thing is rampant, it's super expensive here.
