So... Yesterday I created a new TikTok page and until now it has 11 videos, almost 70k views (60k at my last video), 3k likes and almost 500 followers. (It is growing at a rate of 2 followers per minute) The problem is that I see too many people from my country commenting / following / liking.

Thankfully I reminded myself pretty soon that I forgot to create it US based.

My questions are:

Is the SIM&VPN method still viable? (Remove Sim Card -> US VPN -> Download Tik Tok -> Create Acc)
After the SIM&VPN method do I have to have the VPN open every time I post or it is just for the creation of the acc?
Can it be done with BlueStacks instead?

Thanks!

I was just wondering the same thing. i got 2 vids one over 220k and the other one 30k but i need abroad traffic.

Let me know if you find anything out about this thing?

It works, but you have to connect with the VPN every single time you open the app. (I didn't posted on that account so I don't know exactly what percentage will be from the US, but the feed was 97% USA videos)

Yeah, it sucks. As of now the acc has around 1 million views from 27 videos, with one video having 870K views, 9k followers (following 9 people) and 44k likes.

Unfortunately around 70% are from India, Arabic countries and eastern European countries.

I've tried hitting "not interested" to everything outside of USA but it doesn't seem to work.

Whoa 70K views in a day! That's terrific.
How are you going to monetise it if you don't mind sharing that please?

Some weeks ago I had successfully registered a TikTok account using Bluestacks with a VPN. So it's possible I believe.
I was simply checking how it works but never used it then after.

As soon as your account has been flagged as 'certain region', it is almost impossible to change it.
If you want to change location, you have to start over from zero with a fresh device (read: new device) & VPN (phone with simcard).

If your account already has too many people from the wrong country, the only solid way you can approach this is:

Manually looking for your target audience. Say you get too many Indians. OK.. set to private the videos that are bringing in the wrong audience.
Then manually start following accounts in your target audience / area until they follow you back.

This way, you can manually adjust your target audience. It's tedious, but it's that or starting over from zero.

Do you have an automation bot for that?

I don’t think that once your account was flagged as a certain region it will be impossible to change it.

I tried making an account with a phone using VPN and no sim. It worked just fine at first but as soon as I logged in without the VPN (still no sim card) it fucked everything up.

As for the account that I mentioned, for now the rate of 3rd world countries dropped.

From 1 million views 19% are from india, 13% from my country, 10% from uk, 9% from germany and 8% from france. (It only shows 5 countries)

So it no longer is 50% india for some reason. I can’t figure it out.

It isn't impossible to change it, but if you have X amount from, say, India.. it's going to hurt your growth. especially if that country isn't your target audience.

What I meant is.. in most cases, the WiFi that's flagged, said location will be used as "your device location"
