Shopify premium themes

So i was thinking of using a premium theme(which I downloaded from here i didnt purchase it) and my question is; can i run into problems e.g shut my store down etc or is it safe?

If you had paid a web designer and he had used a nulled theme without you knowing, would you be held accountable? I don't think so. There are so many shopify "developers" that use nulled themes, I haven't heard of any of their stores getting shut down.

I've personally known a few people that have never had any slack come back for using nulled themes.
