I currently use google voice but I am looking to take it up a notch.
I would like to find a all inclusive provider for SMS messages with these key features (scheduled messages, saved templates, able to use on PC browser).

The reason you can’t find an unlimited plan is because on average it costs $0.0075 per message which definitely adds up.

Do you have a site you work with at that rate? and easy to schedule messages?

Not sure about text magic, but I have used twilio before, and I was impressed with their services as well as the rates.

Am not allowed to post links in hear yet my account could be blocked but you can google those guys...great services and you can get reports of the services and schedule the emails...very possible.....

Search for this in google "Media Ads corp" the one in quotes you will get what you want
