I am doing something similar but doing real videos of me actually reviewing stuff around the house that i bought from amazon! I just go to amazon and look at my orders throughout the years and there's shit loads.... floor lamps, usb mic, phone, coffee table, sofa... so im optimizing for "speciic product name + review - Best "kw" 2020" ...... I am actually reviewing the real product so its not likely I will get banned... not sure what I am going to do though once I rune out of items... maybe sign up on influenster and try to get free things to review.... I just started so i can't say of sales...

You got banned from Amazon what did you do. I'm still getting paid by Amazon. Even Graham Stephan a big Youtuber is still paid from Amazon you are doing something wrong.

That's very tough to tell why amazon ban someone, it could be so many things, mostly onsite. We cant be sure he has been banned due to the videos until we are sure there is nothing against their tos on his website. With amazon even a button can cause a ban, that's tricky to find the right reason.

I made a few videos where I just shot the product while talking about it/going over the features... and others where i showed my face... the ones showing my face have a much higher audience retainment and engagement so I'll keep on doing those since retainment and engagement is a big ranking factor on Youtube. I think almost all of us have lots of stuff laying around the house that is for sale on Amazon even if you didn't buy it on Amazon... Search for the make/model etc and see if Amazon has it!
Do you have a refrigerator? Hair dryer? Some kind of floor cleaner device? Tv? Smart tv? Monitor? Speakers? Microwave? Coffee maker? Shoes? Mattress? Like some of my shoes (the exact brand and model) is for sale on Amazon even though I bought it from a different store. Just literally look at what you have and see if it's for sale on Amazon. Chances are you already own tons of things you can review... and search in youtube to see if others have done reviews on it etc....
Things that can also really help rankings is a strong hook and engagement... at the end of the video as the viewer a very specific question, not just "leave a comment" etc... I've been watching some vids on youtube seo (the one from Ahrefs and Brian Dean are very, very good) and they have great tips on ranking your video in YT. Of course keywords and tags etc... and the thumbnail is super important but also audience retainment as well as engagement... It shows directly in youtube studio what your audience retainment is and where they drop off so you can try to improve.
I have a feeling slide shows have shitty retainment and that many viewers drop out after the first 10 seconds... but I could be wrong....

When I did this method, my only concern was for viewers to click the link in the description to get their cookie.

I used, and automated, this method years ago. Very good results. Using Ubot + Stupeflix.
Just passed an Amazon search and the bot made the videos using the online tool Stupeflix(not online anymore), making slides of images and text of the products descriptions, Stupeflix even have a text to audio feature, very good to reproduce the descriptions. And an upload tho channel feature too ... to everything was automated...

you can do the same thing with ffmpeg and a bit of code to automate the video creation from an amazon Listing. Making videos is not a problem, uploading them from different accounts and IP and tracking banned channel is the real pain. Those videos don't last long, they are reported or flagged by the algo in a few days, they don't have time to rank.

Yes, as I said. Many years ago ... worked well for me ... Ubot has support now for making videos in the bot itself.

What is the story with posting videos with Amazon products? I stopped promoting Amazon products 10 years now but i heard Youtube will delete your video or ban your account for promoting Amazon products, is that true?

It still works just do it with caution upload like a human not a bot. 1 to 5 upload a day with a aged account with videos if possible.

Like I said ... I use this method some years ago ... like 6 or 7 years ago, and worked then ... I don't do this anymore.
You are right. My amazon associate account got banned after like a month. My youtube channel was starting to get some good views too. People shouldnt bother if they dont have at least 500 subs as amazon will just ban the account as soon as it gets reviewed

I have some VPS's with MassVideoBlaster on each. I'm uploading 1-2 video per channel per day. I use 2-3 youtube accounts max per IP.
