Important factors :

- Must be .com/.org/.net
- have good trustflow
- Not show any signs of being used in the past as an autoblog/auto generated website (check with waybackmachine)
- Not contain any trademarks
- not spammed

Budget can be discussed, preferably I'd like an arrangement where I either pay you per hour or per domain found.
