it seems that for some reason instagram knows how to filter real and what's not real,
even. I got many likes and views I won't be a top post.
is it because I don't have enough comments ?

Yes, it can if you can utilize it.
You must need to have a handsome amount of followers (minimum 10K).
Then post image / video with related hashtags and get quick engagements within the 30 minutes after publish the post.
Make sure you got all engagements (Example: likes, views, profile visit, impressions, post saves, comments etc.)
Also make sure to get high quality likes.

You must understand the current algorithm.
2020. post more videos than pictures.
Videos get more non-follower reach.
Then you can use PowerLikes , Custom comments (Your country)
and profile, Shares, Post Saves and Mentions your post pushing. Important are the tags . Do not look for viral tags (very little chance to get something there.)
Your account should have at least 10K - 15K followers and you should have an engagement rate above 5%. Then everything should work.
