Find out Google ads for my competitor

I have been trying to see what best converts for my competitors. And while Facebook has the nifty Ad library:
https://www.facebook.com/ads/library/

I can't find anything similar for Google Ads. How can I find what keywords they might be targeting and the text they might be using? I have tried:
https://www.similarweb.com/?

but that doesn't work. It keeps telling me there is no data.

Indeed isn't data since Google ADS is based mostly on search - so they can't reveal you this. But you can take ahrefs.com tool for example, if you have an account there and find your competitor ads all over Google.
