Looking for Instagram comment tool

Hello, I've been looking for a specific tool for a few weeks now and I've had no luck. I want to find a service / tool I can use to login on browser into my IG page without having to use the Instagram app to be able to comment on posts on different pages (not my own page) manually. I don't want to automate comments, just be able to comment on other peoples posts myself using something other than the actual Instagram app. Is there anything like this out there?

I think he want to add comments manually so that many ig accounts which he will use, send comments auto.
