Apparently this is not a good one..
@Hostwinds I have been a Hostwinds customer for few months now and recently I noticed that they now place SMTP filters on their servers. After purchase, you login to your account and see smtp filter placed on your server. When contacted, they expect you to pay an additional $250 for blacklist fee.
A customer pays for a vps and then you want him to pay additional $250 holding fee as long as blacklisting is not received. Thats preposterous.. What about shutting down the server? They say Its a deposit. If you don't get any reports of Spam you can get your money back.
Not everyone has that money to pay and blacklists sometimes may be a false positive. Its best Hostwinds reviews this and find a lasting solution to it. Thank you
