Masspoller is down ?

There has not been an automatic renewal system for months, they added it overnight automatically charging for all the accounts that you may still have in the system expired for months. It has not definitly been done with paypal, paypal require consent and don't allow this shit.

Weirdly that actually isn’t right as far as my accs is concerned - only this week support confirmed that the automatic renewal system is still on for me and I got them to turn mine off. They confirmed all of that in writing.
And also if you have Paypal Automatic Payments enabled then they definitely don’t require your consent every month for payment to go through. Of course it’s then out responsibility to ensure this is desirabled (but some people aren’t aware of that)

If you're paying with card you have verified by visa code or 3d secure for mastercard.. they can't renew automatically without you entering different code to confirm transaction each time. However the service is bad for last several days 0 results, nothing is working it seems that IG made just another update.

Mine and some friend’s definitely auto renewed (but that’s okay bcos I wanted it then). Also we auto/pay many things over here. Def no need for visa code/3D secure. I’m in the Uk so maybe it’s different to wherever you are
Yup no results for me unless I manually stop and start the tool every few mins here too. Did you see their email confirming there were problems? It’s laughable bcos it was sent shortly after their Suprt (yet again) told me everything as now fixed. They’re such liars

That’s not the point though. The point is that MassPoller routinely lie to us and don’t tell the truth, hence tricking people into subscribing and/or renewing to their service.
As I say, in the last 8 days I’ve had support tell me every day that everything is fine and even that I am “out of [my] mind” in constantly denying this and saying the issues are not actually fixed. They even posted in their Telegram group that everything is fixed on the same day I got an email telling me that they - and all other bots - are still trying to fix the constant pausing of the tool which is presently rendering it useless!
We know it’s down. But some other users believe Support and think it’s just them. Many in my FB groups don’t look here and have been busy deleting cookies, reinstalling etc etc and getting more and more frustrated when support keeps saying the bot is fine and it must be them. That’s just not fair.
It’s regrettable and disrespectful for MassPoller to treat us as idiots. They need to simply tell us the truth

Until recently automatic payment wasn't a feature available, when they introduced it they activated it for all connected account without asking anything, this lead to a tons of automatic charges without consent. This has not happened on Paypal, you can not activate recurring payment on paypal without explicit consent, and you can always turn it off.
They did this for credit card asking for consent only after it happens.

There are others well-working services, I mentioned them several times, that are more trusted, and without that scammer's attitude and don't lie on stats.

Which other services would you recommend? I don’t think there are any others that do mass viewing (knelt mass polling)? I have a verified account and I’m always told that MassPoller is the best tool for me

Unfurtunally me too I got stole money from Masspoller. I paid them 220$ 1 month ago for 10 accounts and nothing, all stuck and nothing recieved. Now the most important thing is that they will not take me money from card-visa. I didn't do any kind of subscribtion payment with them but how to be sure that they will not take money from my card? Is it safe?

Please never use Masspoller. They use Software from someone else and they save your Credit Card Info to charge you after a while. Its scam.
