Is it possible to keep channel monetized for compilation methods?

I want to buy a monetized channel and start uploading compilation channel. These compilations, usually people won't claim the video by themselves but I am worried about YouTube itself.

Do they allow TikTok compilations? Do they allow public videos? Fortnite, Pubg, Twitch etc.

Im not a master of YouTube, Im not even in YouTube game right now, but I'm reading a lot about it. Many peoole here said that compilations are okay if you will add your commentery. So yes, its possible but you have comment some video's.

I am not good at English, especially with speaking/commenting. So I was planning to add some sound effects and texts to make it sense to my topic. I hope that helps for YouTube.
